Mercedes-Benz Canada Service Standards

Mercedes-Benz Canada contacted us to create for them a series of videos to help educate service departments all across Canada on the standards of service to be provided to each and every client of Mercedes-Benz.  After some consultation it was decided to shoot the different scenarios using actors and extras.  We were restricted on the amount of time we could shoot in the Mercedes-Benz showroom and service department, so we hired bilingual actors. Once a scene was shot in English, the exact same scene was shot in French. This was done for each and every scene, camera angle after camera angle.  23 videos in French and English had to be produced.
